The second call for expressions of interest for become BSBF2021 Affiliated Big Science Organisation is now open

The second call for become an Affiliated Big Science Organisation to Big Science Business Forum 2021 is open! In 2020 a first call for expressions of interest from Big Science Organisations in Europe to become BSBF2021 Affiliated Big Science Organisation was opened and a number of research infrastructures were selected. Now, BSBF2021 is looking for more RIs that have a dedicated procurement budget in the period 2020-2025 and have an interest in communication with industry in BSBF2021 regarding upcoming business opportunities and procurements that are open for European industry. Eligible institutions are European or large national Big Science organisations that procure European-wide or internationally, and with tenders published in English language.

The selected RIs will have a special access and prominence in BSBF2021 which will take place from September 28 to October 1 2021 in Granada, Spain. In addition to the opportunity of learning about business opportunities in the coming years and meet representatives from other Europe’s Big Science organisations and key suppliers, they will have a slot for a presentation including questions in two specially designed parallel sessions for Affiliated Big Science Organisation on 29 and 30 September 2021 in the afternoon, full access to the programme, no direct cost for BSBF2021 for ABSO speakers and prominence in the BSBF2021 webpage, printed documentation and specific coverage in BSBF2021 social media channels.

3rd Big Science Business Forum Webinar on Technology Transfer next February 18

In the framework of BSBF2021, a new CDTI BSBF Webinar will take place! CDTI 3rd BSBF Webinar will explore the enormous potential of technology transfer in the Big Science market. In a session that will take place on February 18 from 9:30 to 12:45 CET, the webinar will feature interviews and roundtables on Technology Transfer with important players from different Big Science organisations, academia and industry. And of course extensive details on how to participate in the BSBF2021 Technology Transfer Track will be provided!
